Appearance:
Quatre is small for his age, only standing about 5'5" and thin. Coupled with his golden colored hair and bright blue eyes, most people tend to think he's younger than he really is, or even a girl at times. Don't be confused though, Quatre may be skinny, but years of horseback riding, self defense classes and the occasional fencing match, has left the blond thin, but lean and muscular.
Personality:
Quatre is your typical "nice guy" and rather quiet. He never says anything bad about people or allows rumors to spread about those that he cares about. Even though he's your typical nice guy, not many people feel the need to look down on him. Many people respect him for caring about anyone and everyone. Because of his natural charismatic attitude, people tend to believe in him and what he says. This causes people to want to follow his leadership. The blonde is also stubborn as hell, not allowing anything to stand in his way. He will not back down from anything, seeing it to be a sign of weakness and wanting those he stands against to know that no matter what, nothing will change his mind.
But Quatre does have a darker side. It's obvious there's more to the twenty-year-old than meets the eye. There are times when his normally bright blue eyes will darken and ice over with anger or sorrow. Quatre may be young, but that doesn't mean he hasn't seen his fair share of heartache and anger. When the "nice guy" face slips away, what's left is a cold, calculating, brilliant strategist with no remorse for the things he's done and will do. Sometimes Quatre looses himself in the emotions that he can pick up from other people. He can’t tell what is what and everything becomes too much for him. When his eyes become slightly crazed, and he starts to laugh… He’s gone over the edge and only something extreme can bring him back to his senses.
Abilities:
Quatre has a brilliant mind for strategies. He can break strategies and then rebuild them to be better, to work the way that they should. He's also a gifted empath, which in itself is a curse. Being an empath allows Quatre to glimpse into what people are really feeling. He also has a sharp mind for business, which some call him a prodigy because of.

History
History:
The youngest of thirty, Quatre is the only son. He is also the only one who is naturally born; his twenty-nine sisters are all born from test tubes. Though, he doesn’t know that he is born from natural causes, he believes that he was born from a test tube. Quatre never knew his mother, Quatrine, according to what his father, Zayeed, she died when he was just a little baby. In reality, she died giving birth to him. Quatre is the heir to the vast Winner Enterprises that his father runs on the colony L4, which is where Quatre gets his codename of ‘04’.
While on his way to Earth in AC193, the shuttle Quatre is on is hijacked by the Maguanac Corps overtook the flight and informed them they would be taking the shuttle to the space satellite MO-III. Quatre's assistants asked for his guidance, but Quatre shrugged this problem off and went to sleep, requesting he be woken when they arrived.
After arriving on MO-III, Quatre gives the leader of the Maguanac Corps his name and demanded to know what he wanted. The leader refuses to give Quatre his name and said they would be hostages until they where free from the Alliance. Quatre tells them that he's not worth anything, because he loves no one and no one loves him, and his father can always make a number of replacements even if he's killed.
After a fight with his father in front of the Maguanacs, in which he declared he was going to “run away” to Earth with them, the leader spun him around and slapped him. He told Quatre to have a bit more pride in himself, and that, he too, was born from a test tube. Later, after Quatre talks with a scientist, which turns out to be Instructor H, who told Quatre about the Maguanac Corps, and that he was going to hide out at the Winner’s Residence and he would see him later.
Quatre hears a member of the Maguanac Corps betraying the others to the Alliance, which in turn causes the Alliance to say that the hostages are of no importance and they will attack. Rashid, the Maguanac Corps leader, decides there is a traitor and orders his men into combat. Quatre appears with the traitor, but he ends up breaking his bonds and grabs a gun. He intends to shoot Rashid, but Quatre tried to shove the much large man out of the way. The bullet scrapes the blonde’s shoulder and hits Rashid.
After getting patched up, Quatre asks if he can go with the men into combat. One of the members asks Rashid for advice, who instructs them, since Quatre saved his life, that he could use his Mobile Suit and goggles. As they rush into battle, Quatre begins to give orders, and the Maguanacs begin to realize he’s extremely talented. After all the main problems are taken care of, Quatre gives the orders for the others to retreat while he stays behind to finish up the last twenty suits. Rashid orders him back, and Quatre feels that the Maguanac still don't accept him as family. Rashid explains that they do feel he's part of them now, and he asks if Quatre will go to Earth with them. Quatre thinks about it, but he announces that if he goes to Earth, he won't go to run away, but to find himself. With that, he takes off to protect the Maguanac as they make it to Earth.
Rashid orders the others back, and they listen. He then calls Quatre a gentleman, and form that day forward, they would refer to him as ‘Master Quatre’, since they owe him their lives. The Maguanacs agree.
In AC195, Quatre lands, meets up with the Maguanacs on Earth, and starts his campaign against OZ. Then, he meets Trowa, finds out he's not alone, and insists they need to work as a team. After Heero self-destructs in Siberia, he finds Duo stranded in the desert and they stick together for a few months, figuring out what to do next. They head back to outer space from Singapore, Quatre self-destructing Sandrock in the process so they can get away from an OZ attack. He's injured in the fight, and his shuttle is recovered near L4. While he's home, his father is killed by OZ in a protest by the colony against the Winner Foundation. This flips him out, and he builds Wing Zero. He goes on a rampage, destroying colonies because they have weapons, but is stopped by Heero and Trowa. He thinks he kills Trowa, which snaps him free from the ZERO system's influence and heads back to Lunar Base with Heero. When Heero goes nuts during a test with Zero, they evacuate the base, and Quatre takes Heero back to Earth.
On Earth, he and Heero fight separately for a while, but meet up again in the Sanc Kingdom with Noin, where they defend Relena until she dissolves the country to prevent another war. He goes back to the Maguanacs, who have rebuilt Sandrock for him, and then joins Noin, Sally, and Heero in outer space. Duo finds him, tells him about Trowa, and Quatre goes to the circus to get him. He brings Trowa back to Peacemillion with Duo, and Heero has found Wufei. The five of them work together to stop White Fang from dropping Space Fortress Libra into the Earth, during which battle Quatre confronts Dorothy and she runs him through with a fencing foil. He survives and manages to continue fighting long enough to get back to MO-II by the end of the war.
Side Note: He's kidnapped by the Perfect Peace People and brainwashed by them to attack the pilots in Battlefield of Pacifists, and then White Fang tries to kill him in Blind Target. After that, he decides to use Vulkanis from Battlefield of Pacifists to send the Gundams into the sun, which is recapped in Ground Zero. (Writer’s note: This is all manga information)
Then came Christmas of AC196, Quatre has sent all the Gundams, but Wufei’s, to the sun to be destroyed. Then the war breaks out, feeling guilty, Quatre goes to get the Gundams, while Heero and Duo infiltrate the enemy’s base. The fighting goes on for several days, and then finally Dekim Barton is killed and the fighting stops. Quatre, along with Duo and Trowa, destroy their Gundams, knowing they won’t be needed anymore.
False memories:
Quatre was born as the only child to Zayeed and Quatrine Winner and the heir to the vast company that is Winner Enterprises. Though he has four older sisters, they’re all adopted. The Winner’s chose to adopt their first four children because doctors had told Quatrine that there was a good chance she would die from having a child. But, being a stubborn woman, Quatrine chose to have her husband’s child naturally. And, as the doctor’s said, Quatrine died in childbirth. Zayeed named his only son after his wife.
Quatre grew up a happy child. He thought he was adopted like his older sisters, but knew that his father didn’t love him any less for it. He started playing the piano when he was five, but then at seven decided he wanted to play the violin too. Zayeed did all he could for his son and daughters, but never spoiled him, or his four daughters.
The blonde was always a studious person. He really didn’t go out to parties or make very many friends. He was always seen either reading or practicing his violin. At sixteen, Quatre graduated high school. He had worked hard, taking extra classes and anything he could do to graduate early. Only a few months later, Zayeed died, leaving Quatre in charge of the vast Winner Enterprises. Unsure what to do, he went to the only person he knew he could count on, long time friend to the Winner Family, Rashid Kuruma.
So, he took charge of the company, not wanting to let his father or four sisters down. He runs Winner Enterprises with the help of a board, at least until he’s eighteen, and then at that time, he takes full charge of the company. Knowing many people would look down on him for being so young and not having any college experience, so he’s enrolled in a well known University to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in music.
